“The song “Snowglobe” is about being head over heels for someone, yet having personal insecurities get in the way of thoroughly communicating these feelings,” says the band’s Lee Ellis. “It’s about hoping that the other person thinks you’re good enough for her or him.”
Influenced by bands like Weezer and Knapsack, Lee Corey Oswald’s heartfelt songs about life and love can be felt throughout the band’s impressive new album Regards. Made up of a classical music teacher, a philosophy student, a nanny/barber and a professional poker player, Lee Corey Oswald is a quirky yet accessible group with their own unique identity and style of indie punk singalongs like on their recently released track “Progress.” With the help of a growing fanbase, Lee Corey Oswald is quickly becoming one of indie-punk’s most discussed bands.
