Dream punk band Glacier Veins have released their highly anticipated sophomore album Lunar Reflection via Equal Vision Records today. Leading up to the album, the band shared singles including “Cover Me,” “Autonomy” and “Embers,” which have garnered attention from NPR, Uproxx, Brooklyn Vegan, Alternative Press, and more.
“Lunar Reflection is an album about going inward to create a better understanding of oneself through reflecting on one’s relationships with other people and with the world that we live in,” shares vocalist/guitarist Malia Endres. “The Moon carries extensive symbolic meaning, and the journey through and connection with the depth of the Moon’s symbolism inspired the songs on the album and reflects the meaning of this album as a whole.”
Glacier Veins will be celebrating their new album with a month-long US tour this spring featuring support from Salt Creek and Ridgeway. Fans on the west coast and in the midwest can catch the band starting March 14th, with stops in Salt Lake City, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, and more, and ending with a hometown show in Portland.
