    Blonde Maze – Another Color

    By Shannon ShumakerFebruary 22, 2023
    Blonde Maze Another Color

Blonde Maze’s newest EP, Another Color is a stunningly tranquil, meditative and inspirational release that’ll have listeners hitting repeat every time it comes to an end. Comprised of seven new tracks, including a collaboration with Alex Baker, Another Color is the perfect soundtrack to long drives or relaxing afternoons. Cinematic and ethereal, the EP is sure to transport you to a new mindset or mood altogether.

Blonde Maze eases you into the EP with the stunning opener, “A Retrospective” before diving into the romantic, driving second song, “When You Move”. The title track, “Another Color” is a dreamy, introspective upbeat track that truly captures the energy of the EP, while “I Remember” featuring Alex Baker feels like the emotional crescendo.

As a whole, Another Color is simply easy to listen to. The EP plays like a soundtrack, with each track flowing with ease into the next, but with no two sounding identical or repetitive. Each song has its own personality and own tone, rounding out with the warm “Forever Sun” and massive “Leaving Home”. With Another Color marking the beginning of 2023 for Blonde Maze, it’s safe to say that her future is looking bright.
