Meow Wolf’s Convergence Station was a perfect place to house Sir Chloe’s out-of-this-world performance on Monday night. The magical Perplexiplex inside of Meow Wolf was buzzing with excitement, waiting for Dana Foote of Sir Chloe to take the stage. Although the audience wasn’t quite full, it was clear that everyone in attendance was struck by their experience. There was dancing and excitement and singing alongside the opener, Luke Wild, a tatted, white tank-top-wearing artist who Foote befriended in New York. It felt as though he recharged the stage in preparation, with the excitement levels multiplying.
When Sir Chloe entered the room, the small but mighty crowd was ecstatic. As the hits started rolling, you could see Foote’s energy change as well. When she began singing her hit song, “Michelle,” everyone sang along. This song gained traction on TikTok in the past couple years, leading fans to find Sir Chloe and other popular tracks such as “Animal” and “Too Close,” which it seemed everyone in the room knew by heart. Foote’s voice was dark, yet airy, and her range was awe-inspiring. She sang her newest releases, “Mercy” and “Company,” as well as debuting a few unreleased tracks such as “Daddy’s Cum.”
Everything about the performance was special. The crowd left the Perplexiplex giddy and raving about the unforgettable artist that is Sir Chloe.
