“Check Your Bones” is one of our very favorite songs to play live,” says Joel Schneider. “We’ve actually been playing it at our shows for quite a while now since it was one of the first songs written for Shiver + Shake. We made a couple very small structural changes to the song just before we recorded it. Beyond that it was ready to go the moment we got to the studio. I think the song has very live feel because of it.”

Produced by Rick Parashar (Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Blind Melon) at London Bridge Studio in Seattle, Shiver + Shake is a snarling blues-infused garage-rock album that’s driven by Schneider’s dirty riffs and infectious vocals and Andy Lum’s crashing drums. Together the duo feeds off each other’s kinetic energy, intertwining their performances seamlessly and creating a raw sound that rips and roars on 13 unadulterated rock anthems like “Cold Feet Killer,” “Check Your Bones,” and “Sweet Tooth.”

The two-some recently recruited local musician Cody Votolato, who’s best known as the guitarist for influential post-hardcore band The Blood Brothers, to join the band as a part-time bassist for live performances. Votolato will join My Goodness on stage at the band’s upcoming album release show at The Crocodile in Seattle on June 20th.  Addtional tour dates will be announced in the near future.
