Wondering Sound has the premiere of the new video from Philadelphia’s Young Statues, for their track “Run the River Dry” off their critically acclaimed sophomore full-length The Flatlands Are Your Friend, out now via Run For Cover Records. “The video stars the Philly band trekking through a spooky dreamworld full of gravediggers, abandoned trailers and sinister forests, acting as a fitting backdrop for the indie-pop track’s somber but cryptic lyricism and waves of soft, slithering beats,” explains Wondering Sound of the clip. Young Statues also announced a January co-headlining tour with Gates today, and The City on Film (Bob Nanna of Braid) will open on the 10-city run (all tour dates below).
