The past few months have been quiet from Taunton’s MA’s Northernmost as two members graduated from college. However, the band has not been inactive as they’ve continued to work on their yet to be titled sophomore album and follow-up to 2014’s self-titled debut. They’ve also played shows with the likes of Hawthorne Heights, Trophy Wives, and more.
Additionally, the band began a dialogue with NJ’s On Your Marks, one of the scene’s youngest and most driven bands resulting in plans for a Summer tour taking both bands from the East Coast to Midwest. The trek will be the longest tour to date for Northernmost and will catch the band playing both old and new songs for crowds. On Your Marks will be touring in support of their latest EP, “Movements In Loss”.
The tour will be sponsored by Unsigned & Unleashed who will be on the run introducing fans of the blog to new and upcoming bands along the way.
