It’s been said that long road trips are one way to test a friendship. Remixing each other’s songs, however, takes it to another level. Over the course of the past several weeks, NIGHT RIOTS and NEW BEAT FUND have done both.
After spending the majority of the summer touring the States together on the same bus, the two Southern California bands have remixed songs from each other’s albums and teamed with WeTransfer to share the results with the masses.
“The songs fall somewhere between cover versions and remixes,” says Night Riots’ lead vocalist Travis Hawley. “We love what those guys did with our song. They made it their own and we did the same with theirs.”

The bands are also partnering with popular cloud-based file-transferring service WeTransfer for the promotion. WeTransfer users will be able to download the track from the wallpaper of most WeTransfer links or directly at http://we.tl/Lzou93kqKb.
