With just under a month to the release of their debut full-length album, Grand Rapids-based post-hardcore outfit, Fine Fine Titans, have unveiled the video for the second single off their highly anticipated project. Just in time for Halloween, the band releases “I Just Saw A Ghost” featuring guest vocals and appearance from TJ Miller of Still Remains. The song is a dynamic composition, starting with smooth yet ominous vocals from Jenn Bartlett followed by an assault of aggressive growls from TJ. The intricate instrumentation descends effortlessly from ambient to a death-metal wall of sound and screams. The pairing of Jenn and TJ’s dueling vocals inducing an undeniable hair-raising effect and propels the Titan’s further towards the top of the post-hardcore food chain.
“The concept of this video came straight from Three Goats Moving Pictures. The relationship we’ve developed with them allowed us to literally throw the song at them and say ‘here! tell us what we should do!’ It was no surprise that we were excited about the plot and the execution of the video. Our actors did an amazing job at portraying the grim story line in such an eerie fashion.” – Jenn Bartlett
