    Warren Haynes Announces New 2016 Tour Dates

    Warren Haynes has announced new U.S. 2016 tour dates, part of his Ashes & Dust World Tour which is currently underway in Europe, making a return to the U.S. at the end of the year. The new dates, which include stops in Dallas, Austin, Cleveland, St. Paul, Knoxville and Albany, will take the tour to more intimate venues, a sure thrill for fans who will have a chance to experience the new music from Ashes & Dust up close and personal. Once again, Warren will be backed by the Ashes & Dust Band, consisting of progressive bluegrass trioChessboxer and acclaimed drummer Jeff Sipe. Tickets go on sale Friday, November 13th – stay tuned to www.warrenhaynes.net.

    The Ashes & Dust World Tour celebrates Haynes’ acclaimed studio album, Ashes & Dust, out now on Concord Records. The LP has brought forth a busy year for Warren including recent late night TV appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallonand Conan (PRESS HERE to watch,) as well as his first-ever performance at the Grand Ole Opry, constant touring (including a few shows opened by last week’s big CMA winner Chris Stapleton), and even a special duet with country superstar Eric Church at the American Roots Festival.PRESS HERE to watch. PRESS HERE to listen to Ashes & Dust which premiered via the Wall Street Journal and is Haynes’ first-ever Americana/folk-influenced album and most personal to date.

    On December 12th, Warren and the Ashes & Dust Band will perform at Warren’s 27thAnnual Christmas Jam at the U.S. Cellular Center in Asheville, NC, benefitting theAsheville Area Habitat for Humanity. The event is sold out. One of the most celebrated and longest-running live concerts in the U.S., the evening will feature performances by Tedeschi Trucks Band, The Doobie Brothers, Joe Bonamassa, Dawes, Blackberry Smoke, Electric Hot Tuna and Bruce Hornsby in addition to Warren.
