THE NIGHTMARE POLICE have unveiled their official music video for the widely embraced single “Eighteen.” The track comes from the band’s debut EP If Only I Could… – mixed by Mike Watts (The Dear Hunter, The Almost) – and released in October of 2015. Absolutepunk compares the band to “The Story So Far, Transit, and just a little taste of The Get Up Kids.”
“’Eighteen’ showcases who we are as a band,” explains vocalist & founder Ian Washington in a recent interview with New Noise Magazine. “The track focuses on that feeling you get as you grow older and make that leap from adolescence to adulthood. We feel it’s a song everyone can relate to and will encourage people to make the most of your life when you can and cherish the memories you have.”
To support the new EP, The Nightmare Police will be heading out on Nor’East Tour on 1/27 – confirmed tour dates can be found below. For more information on The Nightmare Police, be sure to follow the band on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
