Syvia have revealed their latest single, “Unlovelable #2.” The single features Ruth Mirsky’s raw, emotive vocals along with the band’s signature driving rock riffs layered over a perfectly interwoven rhythmic arrangement. Syvia’s expert balance of dark, haunting melodies and vocals have propelled them through the Brooklyn music scene, as “Unloveable #2” showcases their overall growth and expansive sound. The band also announced the release date of their new EP Silent Violence, set for Friday, February 19th.The EP will feature their recent single “Anxious Animal”, which has received rave reviews from sites like The Wild Honey Pie, I Heart Moosiq and more.
Following the release, Syvia will be embarking on their first international tour at the end of February. The ‘Brooklyn Sound’ Tour, sponsored by Brooklyn Brewery, will showcase several local bands and Syvia on one bill. The tour, starting on February 23rd, includes dates in Sweden, Finland and Norway
