This year Pilgrimage is excited to announce a new cultural element to the festival and have teamed up with partners along the historic Gold Record Road to come together to create the Americana Music Triangle Experience tent, a living collection of historic way points that represent the music heritage of the South. This area will introduce concert goers to the music, history, culture and attractions found along these southern states set against a vintage vignette stage created by American Pickers and Antique Archeology featuring entertainment programming in the form of performances and storytelling.
The family friendly festival recently announced the lineup for the Vanderbilt Health Lil’ Pilgrim’s Family Stage which will feature performances by GRAMMY-nominated Ralph’s World, Red Yarn, Steve Elci & Friends, Tom Mason & The Blue Buccaneers, Michael Dardant, Taft Brown (Saturday only), Little Miss Ann (Sunday only), special guest The Texas Gentlemen (Saturday only) and more. Over 50 artisan booths in the bazaar, 24 local and regional food craft booths including award winning food trucks located in our “Farm to Turntable” food truck park, and beverage stands with your favorite boutique wines, beers and spirits! Plus, the Michael’s Art Barn will feature curated works from local and regional artists including prints, paintings, photographs and sculptures as well as tapestries on display throughout the festival grounds created by our third year running student art program with local schools. And if you are worried about missing your favorite football game, have no fear! Our Bell’s CraftBeer Hall will feature large screens with the top college and NFL games and great craft beer selections
In addition to our stage partners, Pilgrimage would also like to welcome the following brand partners to the Pilgrimage family this year which include Bai Beverages, William Rast, Bell’s Brewery, The FRYE Company, George Dickel, Hendrick’s, Milagro, I Am Second, and more.
The festival continues to drive tourism dollars to Williamson County and the Pilgrimage Foundation, the festival’s non-profit arm, and will donate a portion of each ticket sale to benefit the City of Franklin and Friends of Franklin Parks. Dark Horse Institute is also a charitable beneficiary as the Pilgrimage Foundation is providing scholarships to engineering students to support careers in the music industry as the foundation’s commitment to education in Williamson County. In addition to these local contributions, a portion of ticket sales will also benefit MusiCares, a nonprofit organization that was established by The Recording Academy® to provide a wide range of emergency financial assistance and addiction recovery resources to members of the music community.
