Canadian pop-punk band Coldfront have shared their new single “Float Around,” the title track from the band’s forthcoming album, which will be released on October 6, 2017. Float Around marks the band’s debut full length on Equal Vision Records, and can be pre-ordered now at coldfront.merchnow.com.
On the new track, guitarist Chris Casarin shares: “‘ Float Around’ is one of my favourite tracks on our new record and I think it really captures the new direction Coldfront is heading in. This song started as something completely different – it was a fast and chaotic song at first but with a little studio magic we made it into something special. ‘Float Around’ is a song about a shitty break up and and trying to hold on to something that will never work.“
The band will be touring across North America this fall with Ghost Key, Hot Mulligan, Hold Close, and Super Whatevr. See below for a full list of dates.
