morgxn Releases Music Video For New Single, “bruised”

    By Dom VigilNovember 3, 2017

Grouplove have announced their new album, Healer, arriving everywhere on Friday, March 13th via Canvasback Music and Atlantic Records.

morgxn has revealed the raw music video for his latest single “bruised.” The visuals, directed by MOSES, show morgxn at his most vulnerable, displaying an emotional exchange between two versions of himself. Last month, morgxn revealed the “bruised” audio via OUT here, who called him, “a leading voice in LGBTQ music.”

    On “bruised” morgxn said:

“i’ve shared one song at a time, which to me is like introducing yourself to someone with only 1 part of your body showing. “bruised” was the song that inspired me to step in front of the music and allow myself to be seen – which in this world of hyper perfection – feels impossible…like i’ll never measure up. but that’s the thing – i’ll never measure up to someone else’s standards. i’ll only measure up to myself. and at the end of the day — how you view and nurture yourself is the key to all the love you hope to receive.”

Los Angeles-based artist morgxn is currently on the road opening forPhoebe Ryan. morgxn kicked off his leg of the run this week and will be supporting on stops along the east coast in Baltimore, Toronto, and more before heading to the west coast for shows in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
