Envy On The Coast have announced that they will be running a Black Friday “anti-sale” this weekend with proceeds donated to RAINN. In a Facebook post, the band stated:
“On Black Friday, we urge you not to engage in any fist fights for flat screen TVs, or come home with a black eye just to get 50% off on a blender. We’d like to provide you with a healthier alternative, so for our Black Friday “sale” we’re turning what would have been a discount into a donation.
We’ll be making a donation of 20% of all proceeds from our webstore, http://EnvyOnTheCoast.com/ to RAINN, an organization devoted to helping victims of sexual assault.
20% of all proceeds from 12:00 AM EST November 24th, 2017 – 11:59 PM EST November 27th will be donated to RAINN. (this does not include sales from the Equal Vision Records/MerchNow webstore)”
