Reggie and the Full Effect have revealed their new song, “Maggie,” from their highly anticipated 7th studio album, 41, due out on February 23rd, 2018 via Pure Noise Records. Fans can pre-order the record now at http://smarturl.it/Reggie.
“”Maggie” is something I wrote musically as a throwback to earlier Reggie songs like “Thanks for Stayin.” Where it’s a moving verse that comes in and out rhythmically but all leads up to the chorus. And I feel like everyone in the world can relate to the words. It’s for the person/people/animals you care about. And letting them know that you love them soooo much that when they are hurting, you are hurting right there with them. Even if you can’t tell them because you don’t want to upset them anymore than they already are.” – James Dewees
Dewees will take Reggie and the Full Effect on tour in support of 41 in February/March with labelmates Senses Fail, along with Have Mercy and Household. Tickets are on sale now. Dates are listed below.
