LA trio, SKX have released the wild music video for their catchy as hell single, “Weekend Superstars.” If the song’s infectious chorus didn’t already make you want to get up and dance, then the new video, which features a group of wryly senior citizens, will. Watch it now below.
Founded in 2014 the trio features vocalist Andy Love, producer/ instrumentalist Rosco, and D.J./ producer KoolKris, and was born from an instinctive desire to jam out after a studio session. Since then, while they worked to find their “signature sound”, they each established successful careers writing/producing for various artists, tv shows and social media influencers. In early 2017, when the trio cut the first take of “Weekend Superstars” they unanimously decided to set aside their personal careers and cultivate their now undeniable, unique sound.
