LA-based artist morgxn has revealed the latest track, “me without you,” from his forthcoming debut album vital, slated for release on May 18th via wxnderlost records/Hollywood Records. morgxn has also shared featured tracks “carry the weight” which has been added into SiriusXM’s Alt Nation rotation and “translucent,” with powerful accompanying visuals for both.
morgxn said of the song, “it’s a song about loving someone so much and not knowing what to do when they’re gone. it a song about searching for home when that person is ‘home’ and without them you don’t know home anymore. and ultimately it is a song about recognizing and saying “i love you” before it is too late to say it anymore. i wrote it for my father.”
morgxn recently wrapped European tour dates supporting X Ambassadors and is set to make festival appearances at Lollapalooza, Firefly, Cayuga and Laurelive this summer.
