Pale Waves have released their most visually inventive video to date with “Noises.” Focusing heavily on the impactful message found throughout the candid lyrics in “Noises,” the video features four haunting and distressed versions of Pale Waves’ frontwoman, Heather Baron-Gracie, offering lines like “why do I stare so much at my body” and “I feel like I’m slowly losing myself/I’m afraid that I need help” as phrases like “I’m bored of my face” and “does everyone feel this way” flash intermittently between scenes. The mixture of jarring visuals and expressive lyrics reemphasizes the significant message surrounding the song.
“Noises” will be part of the band’s forthcoming debut full length, set for release on Dirty Hit / Interscope Records.
Pale Waves is also gearing up for appearances at Lollapalooza (where they’ll also hit the stage with Walk The Moon for a Lollapalooza Aftershow at Concord Music Hall), Outside Lands Festival, 107.7 The End’s Summer Camp and a handful of arena stops with CHVRCHESthroughout August, before launching their biggest headline North American tour in late October, which include stops at Brooklyn Steel in New York and The Fonda in Los Angeles. Tickets to all shows are available now via the band’s website.
