Brand new indie-pop band, Younger Hunger have released their dark new track, “SLY.” Falling in line with artists like The Neighbourhood and Glass Animals, “SLY” finds the trio coming to life with an eerie tone, strong bass and blunt lyricism coupled with intoxicating vocals. Listen to the track now below!
The trio — formed by Tony da Via, Lou Connor, and Lauren Potts — came together after a night of playing Nintendo 64 and drinking milkshakes in Long Beach, CA. Produced by Adam Castilla (the Colourist) and mastered by Joe LaPorta (David Bowie, The Weeknd, Beach House), Younger Hunger takes inspiration from artists such as The Teenagers, Glass Animals, and MGMT. The group is finishing up their debut record, which focuses on themes of nostalgia, anxiety, and young adulthood.
