John Nolan (Taking Back Sunday, Straylight Run) has released the music video for his latest single “Do You Remember?” today.
The song comes off of Nolan’s upcoming album Abendigo, set to be released on November 2nd via Collective Confusion Records. Pre-orders for the album are available now. John Nolan will be touring this November in support of the new album. A full list of dates can be found below.
Earlier this year John entered the studio with producer Mike Sapone (Taking Back Sunday, Mayday Parade, Brand New) and engineer Brett Romnes (Free Throw, Sorority Noise). Together they were able to capture the energetic vocals and musicianship he envisioned for this endeavor. Abendigo blends rock with elements of electronic and ambient music to create something stylistically different than his first two records. “This album combines sounds and styles in a way I never have before. Lyrically it also combines approaches in a new way. It shifts from the personal to societal, direct to abstract and deals with loss and happiness equally. In the end though, it all fits together to form a cohesive album,” said Nolan.
