    By Dom VigilDecember 3, 2018

If you've even been through a particularly rough breakup, then Loose Buttons' new EP, Sundays is for you. The collection of honest songs, which drops on February 24th serve as a perfect guide to a relationship comedown, as the band and frontman Eric Nizgretsky navigate unfamiliar emotional territory.

LA’s indie rock band, Balto have released their Beach Boys inspired single, “Black Snake Mojave Blues”. The track, which can be heard now below, finds the band experimenting with new sounds and turning up the dial on west coast alt-folk. After moving to LA from the Pacific Northwest, the band is influenced by a “sunnier” more textured sound, making the anxiety of feeling like everything is wrong FEEL really fun.

Vocalist Dan Sheron said of the songwriting process, “I envisioned it as a slow sad song originally, but I’d left my guitar in Open G and was knocking around a blues and thought to try the song a different way.”
