Terror Jr have released their new full-length album, Unfortunately, Terror Jr today! Stream the album in full now below.
Unfortunately, Terror Jr is a 15-track release and includes recent releases “Pretty” which Paper called “refreshing and rebellious” and “A-OK (Everything’s Perfect).” As well as the socio-political anthem “Heaven Wasn’t Made For Me,” which shamelessly confronts themes like women’s reproductive rights, LGBT rights and substance abuse. The songs highlight what VICE described as Terror Jr’s ability to be “danceable and political all at once,” and whose “airy keys and romantic melodies will sweep you off your feet before you spend too long reflecting on the apocalypse.”
Once rumored they were fronted by Kylie Jenner, the enigma surrounding the band is apparent. Unfortunately, Terror Jr follows the band’s critically-lauded Bop City trilogy – Bop City, Bop City 2: TerroRising, and Bop 3: The Girl Who Cried Purple. With over 190 million streams, 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and a performance at Lollapalooza 2018, Terror Jr has garnered praise from New York Times, Interview, V Magazine, Teen Vogue, High Snobiety, Pitchfork, and The Fader among others.
