Boston indie/pop duo The Press War have released their new single, “Money” today! The dreamy, heartbreaking, “Money” is The Press War’s first new single of 2019 and follows their previous singles, “In Your Love“ and “Still“, released last year. Listen to the track now below.
Of the track, the band’s Anthony Rainville said, “‘Money’ is our brand new single out everywhere now. We’re really, really excited about this one and we hope you love it as much as we do! (Please share it everywhere if you do). This song was written at one of my lowest points, when you’re really feeling that heartbreak. And I know it sucks and it’s hard for everybody, but hopefully you can listen to it and it makes you feel a little better, or a little less alone. And maybe even wanna dance a bit. Stylistically, it kind of merges some of what we were doing before with distorted guitars, and what we’re doing now with lots of synths. I think we managed to find a really good blend with a really great hook, and we’re so happy to finally share it.”
