Soulful songstress Haley Reinhart has released the music video for her latest track “Honey, There’s The Door“. Filtering the starlet’s captivating vocals through the lens of Hollywood’s bygone era, Haley’s latest, jazz-infused track sees her live out her own Marilyn Monroe, vintage fantasy.
The single, which features Dancing with The Stars’ Julz Tocker, sees Haley find the leading man of her dreams and follows on the heels of the title track from her upcoming album Lo-Fi Soul. Set for release March 27 and co-produced by Haley herself, each Lo-Fi Soul track represents a piece of her personality, blending an ecelctic mix of genres, including rock ‘n’ roll, soul, jazz, RNB, and motown, into one cohesive, timeless body of work.
In support of the new album, Haley has also announced an eighteen-city tour which kicks off with a sold-out New York City show on April 2. Full tour dates below. Tickets for the tour are on sale now HERE.
Haley’s talent was first recognized during her success on American Idol in 2011. Since then, she has blazed a career for herself. Haley’s beguiling vocals and powerful delivery saw her cover of Radiohead’s “Creep,” which she recorded with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox, spend 58 consecutive weeks on the Billboard Jazz Digital Charts after hitting its #1 spot. A viral sensation, her interpretation of Elvis Presley’s“Can’t Help Falling in Love” went certified Gold by the RIAA and saw her break 500 million total global streams and 2.5 million monthly Spotify listeners.
Since then, she has blazed a career for herself and recently appeared on television sets again to perform “My Baby Just Cares For Me” alongside Jeff Goldblum for the release of his jazz album The Capitol Studios Sessions, which features Haley and hit #1 on the Billboard Jazz Chart. PRESS HERE to watch them perform the track together on Jimmy Kimmel Live. A genre-spanning talent, Haley is currently featured – both as a writer and vocalist – on Vicetone’s “Something Strange,” which recently re-entered Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay top 40 chart.
