Once again, the critically acclaimed pop extraterrestrial illuminates the boundlessness of her alternative alchemy. Morgan’s breathy delivery careens alongside stark piano keys as the track morphs from a minimalist ballad into a magnetic anthem punctuated by eighties-style synths. At the center, it emits lyrical provocations a la “Am I in love? Is it in my head? Did I fuck this up? Will I end up dead? God bless our souls!”

The song arrives just in time for the kickoff of her return to the road. Beginning tonight in Washington, D.C. at 9:30 Club, she supports LÉON on her 2019 You And I Tour as direct support. The trek stops in major markets everywhere before concluding May 21 in Nashville, TN at The Basement East. Not to mention, it’s nearly half sold-out.
