LA indie-pop quartet West Coast Weekend has shared their new single “Nobody Like You,” available to stream now on Spotify, Soundcloud, and all DSPs worldwide. The track was produced by Grammy-winning producer Josh “Igloo” Monroy, whose previous credits include JoJo, Ludacris, Quincy Jones, and many others. “Nobody Like You” is the second single of the band’s debut EP, out this June.
The Southern California lifestyle is what drove the guys in West Coast Weekend to Los Angeles. Originally from four different parts of the country, they all craved something different. The answer was the weekend adventures and endless freedom to explore that comes with living in California. Now they’re here, bringing the party to the people, West Coast style.
“Nobody like you is about celebrating our individuality as people. We all have moments of hesitation or self doubt. This song is about letting all of that go and being confident in who you are,” says vocalist/guitarist Aaron Bernbach.
Since their debut single “Heart Attack,” West Coast Weekend has been in rotation on KROQ’s Locals Only show in Los Angeles and was named The Deli Magazine’s Local Artist Of The Month for May. The band will play their debut show at The Satellite in LA with Sleeplust and Molly Moore on June 10th.
