Earlier this month up-and-coming artist, Yoshi Flower released his electric track “Addicted.” Now, he has released “Martyr,” another genre-defying single to add to his catalog. On the slow-tempoed, guitar-driven song the singer, songwriter and producer smoothly sings about fighting for love. He mixes alt-rock with elements of hip-hop and indie-pop to create his authentic signature sound. Listen to the song now below.
The Detroit-raised artist also announces his latest mixtape, I Will Not Let My Love Go To Waste, set to release on Friday, December 6th on Rock Mafia/Interscope Records. Pre-save the mixtape HERE. I Will Not Let My Love Go To Waste follows Yoshi’s summer mixtape Peer Pleasure, which gained recognition from Rolling Stone, Paper Magazine, V Man, and more. While working on his music Yoshi also played countless amount of shows including headlining dates, opening spots for artist such as Dua Lipa, Elohim, and Epik High, as well as secured slots at major festivals including SXSW, Lollapalooza, and Made in America. He’s currently wrapping up tour with Harlem based rapper, Skizzy Mars. Tickets are available HERE. Remaining list of tour dates below.
