Rising singer/songwriter MOONZz who has racked up more than 50 million Spotify streams with an irresistible string of pop singles, releases her newest song “Runnin'” from her forthcoming EP Modern Ritual. “Runnin'” tells a story of perseverance through MOONZz’s expressive vocals backed by ethereal, electronic textures. Modern Ritual will be released via Big Noise on March 6th and is inspired by all the things that habitually make MOONZz who she is, and the rituals and patterns in life that make us who we are.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, MOONZz began her musical journey playing piano at age five and later landed at the Southern California Piano Conservatory to hone her craft. Drawing inspiration from an eclectic range of artists including Erykah Badu, Death Cab for Cutie, Tom Petty, and Frank Sinatra, MOONZz layers her songs with lush harmonies and retro synths, weaving in ethereal melodies to create a genre-bending sound all her own.
