UK Hardcore band GroundCulture have shared a new single and video for “Trauma Can Teach” off of their upcoming album How Well Do You Really Know Yourself? out May 1 on Hopeless Records. Fans can stream the song and music video now below.
The people featured in the video (including Mattie from GroundCulture) have all dealt with different forms of trauma in their life. Each being taught valuable lessons on grief, acceptance and moving on. Fans can learn more about what they experienced in the description section of the video on YouTube.

GroundCulture hopes to bring a whole new meaning to heavy with the release of their debut album How Well Do You Really Know Yourself?
