Summer getting a little too hot for you? Well, French Montana just uncovered the music video for his latest single “Cold” featuring Tory Lanez today.

This time around, he turns up on yet another undeniable and unforgettable video with viral potential. It literally brings the lyrics to life as French and Tory Lanez take over a frozen bar joined by a bevy of gorgeous ice queens. The drinks billow gusts of smoke as this duo’s legendary level of chemistry heats up the surroundings and practically pops off the screen. The clip delivers on all the promises of this infectious, irresistible, and icy banger. It continues to receive critical acclaim. Right out of the gate, Entertainment Weekly praised “Cold” upon releases, explaining that “it’s time to show some respect to the only rapper who has spent nearly a decade providing a steady stream of songs to take shots and/or twerk to.” Complex crowned it “summer-ready,” while Billboard put it best, “This collaboration is anything but frosty.” To date, it has impressively clocked 15 million-plus Spotify streams. Not to mention, it became #1 most-added at Rhythmic Radio last month.

Along with the new music video, the GRAMMY® Award-nominated multiplatinum producer, rapper, influencer, and philanthropist is celebrating three years since he shook the culture with Jungle Rules. Upon arrival, it crashed the Billboard Top 200 at #3 and has now been certified platinum. Among a string of accolades, its lead single “Unforgettable” [feat. Swae Lee] picked up an eight-times platinum plaque as it now nears rare diamond status. It also set off a super-hot streak for French. As soon as 2019’s MONTANA dropped, it arrived with a gold certification. Among many highlights, “Writing On The Fall” [feat. Post Malone, Cardi B, & Rvssian] and “Slide” [feat. Blueface & Lil TJay] are also now gold. To date, he has impressively generated over 13 billion-plus streams and counting.
