Capozzi Drops Debut “Boss” EP on IN / ROTATION

Los Angeles house producer, Capozzi is stepping out with her debut Boss EP out now on IN / ROTATION. Listen to the EP now below.

Hailing from Los Angeles, the hotly tipped house producer has been building up quite the buzz for herself since debuting the project back in 2019. On the heels of her growling groove “Movin’ That,’ featured on the third installment of IN / ROTATION’s ‘Rotate’ compilation series, Capozzi resurfaces on the imprint wielding a commanding four-tracker. In addition to the aforementioned cut, she handles business on the title track, bolstering a self-assertive vocal loop with a chirpy lead and shuffling drums. The latter half of the package closes out on the collab tip, with label regular Qlank making an appearance on the distorted, chunky number “I Want Your Love,” and Italian producer Stereoliez showing up with a rubbery, squeak-laden vibe on “Underground.” Early support for the EP has come pouring in from artists such as Kyle Watson, Anna Lunoe, Bingo Players, Don Diablo, AC Slater, and more.

“I wanted to make a statement track based off of me and my life being independent,” Capozzi says of the EP’s title cut.

In the last year alone, Capozzi has bounced around to a handful of quality labels from the likes of Confession, Night Bass, AFTR:HRS and more. Her first appearance on IN / ROTATION, locked in radio play from Hardwell and Tchami, with support from a slew of top-tier DJs, as well. Across the entire run of her ‘Boss’ EP, Capozzi provides four distinct reasons why you should most certainly be taking notice.
