Lukas explains, “One of my goals in songwriting is to write a song that can be performed with just one or two accompanying instruments or none at all. It allows for stronger storytelling and better melodic choices when there is less to lean against. Most of the songs I write can bear being stripped down to the musical bone, because the mission writing them, was that they needed to be able to stand alone. ‘Share That Love’ easily does this and instead of becoming smaller it actually grows when performed acoustically. I hope you like it.”
Lukas has been keeping plenty busy as 2020 comes to a close, most recently teaming up with Wiz Khalifa on “Where I’m From,” which was written for the new documentary 7 Years of Lukas Graham, out now in Denmark ahead of its international release in 2021. Earlier this year, he unveiled the original “Share That Love” featuring chart-topping rapper G-Eazy.
