Over the space of less than a year, London-based, Bristol-born artist Willow Kayne has turbocharged the landscape of pop music. While adding her own impact to modern culture at large with standout contributions to the FIFA 22 soundtrack and a ubiquitous spot on Flannels’ Christmas advertising campaign, her high octane, postmodern touch on pop has already earned critical acclaim with her winning the Ivor Novello Rising Star award for 2021 and being mentored by pop legend Nile Rodgers in the process. Today, Willow’s first dynamic full statement as an artist is unleashed on the world in the form of her highly anticipated debut EP, Playground Antics.
To celebrate the release of Playground Antics, Willow Kayne will embark on a pair of debut headline shows in both London and her hometown of Bristol. These concerts will be the first chance to see Willow’s widescreen vision for her performances in the most intimate surroundings, complete with a unique multi-sensory experience being created for the first time at each show. The shows will encompass traditional sound and visual formats, with an added element of scent, a nod to a condition which left Willow permanently blind in one eye and temporarily fully blind, heightening the rest of her senses and leading her to interpret sounds in other sensory cues. Tickets are on sale now, with limited tickets remaining at each show. Full dates below.

An unashamedly tenacious example of why she is one of the most exciting emerging artists in the world right now, Willow Kayne’s debut EP Playground Antics takes her genre-blurring attitude to creation to the very next level. A perfect example of just how explosive pop can be in the right hands, no one can predict which direction Willow will steer her unwieldy sonics – but one thing we can predict is that wherever she takes us, it’ll be an unforgettable ride.
