J-POP superstars, Perfume have announced that PLASMA, their first studio release in four years is set to be released on July 27, 2022. PLASMA follows the much loved and critically lauded LP, Future Pop which hit in 2018.

The 12 track set includes previously released “Saisei,” “Time Warp,” “Polygon Wave,” “Flow” and “Sayonara Plastic World” along with newly recorded album tracks. The physical product (import) will come in 3 formats. The limited Press Edition will have 2 Blu-rays or 2 DVDs filled with bonus video content, as well as a photo book. The limited Edition comes with 1 Blu-ray or DVD. The standard Edition will be solely a CD. In addition, there will be a Limited Press Edition with Bluetooth earphones in a ‘PLASMA’ original case. Stock will be limited so preorder will open first for Perfume fan club members on the A!SMART official e-store from May 14th @ 10 a.m. (JP) and will be available for general customers on the UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE starting May 15th @ 10 a.m. (JP).
Perfume also announced tour dates in Japan to support the album with “Perfume 9th Tour 2022 ‘PLASMA’” from August through November. Fan club advance ticket reservation starts on May 20th. Dates below.
