Toronto pop artist noelle has released her 80’s inspired single, “Cold Killer” today. Alongside the release of the relatable heartbreak anthem, noelle is also using her platform as to speak to something she cares deeply about, and that reflects the message in her music— female empowerment. With her release of “Cold Killer,” noelle has partnered with SPINCO for a high- energy, ‘Burnout’ fitness class with a charitable “spin,” raising funds for Native Women’s Association of Canada.
“Cold Killer tells a story that is unfortunately relatable for a lot of people. It’s about boys that run around breaking hearts with no remorse,” noelle shares. “I’ve been through my fair share of heartache, and wanted to write an anthem for everyone thats been screwed over by someone they thought they could trust.”
Raised on the reserve in the Tyendinage Mohawk territory in Ontario, noelle grew up surrounded by music, where she quickly learned the power of voice. After amassing a fanbase on YouTube through live performances, noelle made a name for herself the old fashioned way— raw talent. Now with a record label behind her (Wax Records distributed by Universal Music Canada and Virgin Records) noelle is ready to take things to the next level.
On October 2nd at SPINCO Leslieville, key taste-makers, influencers and press will join noelle for a physical activation that features a full day of calorie- burning, high-energy spinning fun. The classes will be feature 80s throwback tunes reminiscent of classic aerobic videos, with ALL proceeds to be donated to Native Woman’s Association of Canada. The event will run throughout the entire day, giving current members and new riders alike, the chance to experience the “Cold Killer Burnout class.”
