Alt-pop powerhouse, Layto has released his new EP, ARRIVED today via Position Music. Along with the EP comes a riveting music video for “MY HEAD,” which can be seen now below. The EP and video arrive just ahead of Layto’s East Coast headline tour, which kicks off on October 20th in Washington, D.C. Listen to the EP now below.
‘“ARRIVED is metaphorical and literal,” explains Layto. “We just signed a label deal, things are in place career-wise, and it feels like all my time grinding & making music has finally arrived at a place sonically that feels entirely my own.”
Layto was born and raised in Boston. Being the youngest of five, in the midst of family turmoil and dysfunction, music became his oasis. After finding his voice and honing his sound, Layto independently released his debut Low Boy EP in 2018 featuring the single “Little Poor Me,” which has over 50 million streams worldwide. Layto recently surpassed 250 million combined streams.
Layto has an intensity about his style, delivery and bending of alt rock, pop, and hip/hop elements. His deeply personal lyrics have given a voice to the millions who suffer from anxiety and depression.
