Pop singer-songwriter, Haley Joelle has released her new project, Two Places at Once today. Known for her approach to storytelling in her songs, Haley expands even further on her stunning world with the new twelve-song release, which features latest single, “Something To Do“. Listen to the release now below.
Of Two Places at Once, Haley said, “I feel so many things about this project, proud, emotional, excited, and mostly grateful. The biggest thing I learned throughout this process was how thankful I am that I can express and process my feelings through music, and how that will never go away. When this heartbreak happened I didn’t know what to do with myself except write. What’s funny is I didn’t set out to make a project about the seven stages of grief, but that wound up happening because I was writing it in real time. We created a heartbreakingly dreamy Parisian world, with each song taking on a different angle of the heartbreak. Every lyric, melody, and presentation couldn’t be more perfect to me, and releasing this body of work into the world is my proudest moment yet. I’m also excited to finally give my fans a longer, more cohesive concept project, like they’ve been asking for.”
