LA-based British producer, Tisoki has released his highly anticipated EP, Euphoria today on San Holo’s record label, bitbird. The new five-track EP showcases Tisoki’s return to the sound that captivated audiences in his successful debut album “01953,” making it his most favorite work to date.
Tisoki’s musical journey has taken him through various genres, but ‘Euphoria’ holds a special place in his heart. The EP’s release signifies a significant milestone for the artist as he reconnects with the style that defined his debut album. Tisoki shares, “This release means a lot to me as an artist. It’s more in touch with the same style as my debut album, which is my favorite style of music to make.”
True to its title, Euphoria captures a melancholic and gut-wrenching atmosphere, delving deep into pure emotion. Collaborating with esteemed artists such as San Holo, Pauline Herr, Fabian Mazur, and RUNN, Tisoki crafts an EP that immerses listeners in an unforgettable sonic journey.
Euphoria includes a couple of previously released singles, including “Cold.” Tisoki explains, “Cold” actually started as an idea from my best friend Louis (Pocket). We have been constant collaborators for over 10 years now, and again, this song just came together so naturally.” Inspired by the wave of UK/4-on-the-floor drum beats popularized by artists like Fred Again…, Tisoki transformed the original slower half-time tune into an exciting display of his versatility.
With an impressive catalogue of both dancefloor anthems and melody-driven songs, Tisoki has garnered support from household names across electronic music including DJ Snake, Skrillex, Excision, Tiësto, and Steve Aoki to name a few. With a background in rock and metal bands, his high-octane performance chops have landed him on world-renowned stages such as Red Rocks, EDC Las Vegas, and Coachella. His music has recently been featured in Netflix’s Ginny & Georgia, Fortnite, and Rocket League.
