Influenced by the edgy, ethereal indie-rock of Lana Del Rey and the literary prose of Joan Didion and Maggie Nelson–Maeve self-describes as “Americana-noir.” Through her songwriting expertise, Maeve’s music weaves a tapestry of emotions and intimate experiences. Her unique sound, which draws from the worlds of folk, country, and indie rock, combines deep-rooted storytelling with captivating melodies.
Maeve first cut her musical teeth as a session songwriter in Nashville while attending Vanderbilt University in 2020. Her creative journey led her to Los Angeles in 2021, where she hit the ground running with the release of her popular single “Shimmer”. Over the years, Maeve has worked with top veteran producers/engineers, including Brian Malouf (Michael Jackson, Madonna) For the new music she is releasing, she collaborated with Daniel Loumpouridis, who is best known for making his mark at 17 as a co-writer/producer of Louis The Child’s breakout single “It’s Strange (ft.
