Have Mercy‘s new album might be titled Make The Best Of It, but frontman Brian Swindle has done a bit more than that so far this year. Album puns aside, Have Mercy have already had one hell of a 2017, and it’s only June. With their third studio album out now, the band is just wrapping up extensive tour dates with Real Friends, Tiny Moving Parts, Broadside and Nothing, Nowhere before hopping on the road to an acoustic tour alongside Chase Huglin later this summer.

Make The Best Of It, the third studio album from Baltimore’s Have Mercy is a perfect progression from their powerful and emotionally charged sophomore release, A Place Of Our Own. With three years between these two albums, the band has certainly had the chance to take a step back in order to hone in on a solid, yet slightly more mellow sound, and the outcome is a stunning, heartbreaking eleven song release.
