Oceans Ate Alaska have released a drum play through video for their new song “Ukiyo (feat. Josh Manuel).” The track, which features Josh Manuel from Issues is taken from Oceans Ate Alaska’s forthcoming sophomore album, Hikari, set to release July 28th.
Pre-orders for Hikari are available now, with each physical bundle including instant downloads of “Ukiyo” and the first two singles “Covert” and “Escapist.”
Hikari illuminates major strides in the group’s sonic vocabulary. Following a lyrical and musical theme rooted in Samurai mythology, the 11-track album blends traditional Japanese instruments with Oceans Ate Alaska’s dynamic flare.
