Camille Trust has released the music video for “Move On,” the final single from her upcoming EP, No Other Way, which will be released on May 25, 2018.
According to Billboard, who premiered “Move On,” the newest single and video from Camille Trust, “There’s something about [her] unyielding voice that makes you ache with her, but in the most beautifully captivating way possible”. Trust told Billboard during her Q&A with the publication, that the song “exudes the emotional pain of heartbreak and loss” – read the interview HERE and watch the video now below.
“Move On” was written following the separation of an extremely influential person in her life, the song reflects the feelings that were unfamiliar to Trust. “I’m the type of person that would rather have a raw and real relationship than waste time with quick satisfactions,” she reflects on the breakup. “Making the smart decision isn’t always easy and I didn’t know if I could see out to the other side. It’s important to feel and breathe through that pain. During that time, it was difficult for me to speak my mind out loud in conversation, but when this song was created I tapped into a new wave inside of me.”
Trust will celebrate her release with an album release show on May 26, 2018 at National Sawdust in Brooklyn, NY.
