
Grandoozy adds to its multi-format music experience, unveiling an exciting new onsite festival experience, The Break Room, devoted to multiple genres of dance and electronic music. Additionally, five local and regional bands will join the previously announced weekend lineup. For an unparalleled dance experience, Grandoozy-goers can expect an intimate and inclusive outdoor area that feels like an open-air club. The Break Room will feature 12 artists, each with their own spin on electronic, house, deep house, techno, disco, and ambient. Grandoozy has also announced that five local Denver acts will join the weekend lineup – these include Sunsquabi, known for a fresh, live electro funk music experience; Head for the Hills, a four-piece string band from Fort Collins fusing bluegrass, indie rock and hip hop; The Drunken Hearts, an electric Americana rock group from Colorado; AMZY, an alternative rock band from Denver. They will join previously announced local artists Tennis, Gasoline Lollipops, Flaural and Dragondeer, as well as Austin’s Black Pumas, a psychedelic soul group named “Ones to Watch” at this year’s SXSW.
Grandoozy was created by Superfly with support from local partners at the forefront of Denver’s creative and entrepreneurial scene. Additionally, Grandoozy is working closely with the City of Denver and the community of Overland Park to create the best experience possible for the local community.
