2018 has been a big year for I Set My Friends on Fire with the highly anticipated 10 year anniversary tour of “You Can’t Spell Slaughter Without Laughter” earlier this year, and now the band is getting ready to head out on the second leg starting in July. They are excited to announce they will be heading back overseas as direct support for Annisokay.
The two bands are sharing the bill on the Slaughter anniversary tour this summer and look forward to sharing the stage overseas. ISMFOF guitarist, Nate Blasdell shared, “We love getting the opportunity to play overseas. Its been a while since we’ve been over there to play and we couldn’t be more grateful to be supporting such a great band musically. It’s been about seven years since we’ve been direct support for another band overseas and we’re excited to get to expose our music to new fans.”
Having being a band for ten years now, ISMFOF embodies what it means to have longevity in the scene. Making those connections with fans while being out on the road while doing what they love is something that makes the band stand out among the rest. The band has been busy behind the scenes and if the first half of the year is any indication of what’s to come, one can only imagine what else ISMFOF has in store.
