Ahead of the release of his debut full-length album next year, rising Seattle artist SYML will be headlining his first show in Denver at Globe Hall on October 11th! Rounding out the show at the intimate venue is Canadian band Dizzy.
Tickets for the upcoming show are available here.
From his basement recording studio in the small town of Issaquah, WA outside Seattle, Brian Fennell wrote and recorded a collection of songs under the name SYML, which means simple in Welsh. Adopted and not knowing his history or connection to his Welsh roots, many of these songs were influenced by the complex feelings that come from unknown lineage.
SYML’s breakout single “Where’s My Love” achieved Gold certification in Canada, Netherlands and Belgium and past over 200 million combined streams worldwide with over 50 million YouTube plays. It peaked at #33 at Alternative Radio chart and at #34 on Triple A in the U.S. He also just produced the new album by press darling Jenn Champion (she will be opening a few of the other dates). SYML has been picked as an NPR Austin 100 artist before SXSW this year, a Pandora 2018 Artist To Watch and a YouTube Artist on The Rise.
