Rising Tongan songstress Analea Brown has just released her playful new music video for her standout single “Nuttah Buttah“. Reggae beats, soulful vocals and loving lyrics about self-acceptance make up the vibrant track. Analea sings, “You are beautiful, every curve, every shade, see the size of our hearts will never depend on the size of our weight.”
For some, the name Analea might be new, but her songwriting and music industry history runs deep with credits on Sammy Johnson’s #1 iTunes hit ‘Still Wanna Be Your Lover,’ writing for 5th Harmony’s Dinah Jane’s first two singles before auditioning for X-factor, she co-wrote one of best reviewed songs on iTunes for ‘The Jets’ 25th reunion album ‘Believe in Love,’ and is partially responsible for Tenelle’s track ‘For The Lovers’, hitting #1 on iTunes and Billboard charts. Her live performances are also not to be missed and she has graced tours with GRAMMY winners Morgan Heritage, GRAMMY nominees Common Kings, Sammy Johnson, FIJI, and more.
All this momentum is leading up to Analea’s debut album Queendom. She explains the inspiration behind the body of work, “I spend a lot of time trying to get to know everyone on my social media. An inspiring part of that for me has been meeting and hearing the stories of other women, women who embrace their power and sexiness, women who have forgotten their power, women who are ashamed of their insecurities, and women who have made sacrifices in chasing their dreams, women of every shape, size and color, this is for all of you. Queendom – for everything life puts us women through, and for the men who love and accept every inch of it.”
