Australian artist JXN has released an official music video for his brand new single “Going Off” (feat. A$AP Twelvyy). The clip, which sees JXN and A$AP Twelvyy derail their own video shoot, was directed by Macario De Souza of Hype Republic. Watch the video now below.
“Man, it was just a party,” shares JXN. “The concept we came up with Hype Republic was dope and we wanted it to seem fun whilst also conveying a kinda deep message in the song. I really wanted it to not be taken too seriously, and with Twelvyy being such a legend, it was just a fun and easy shoot. The video makes you happy!”
A$AP Twelvyy adds, “Sequel to this video to air on Netflix next year. Stay tuned. LOL.”
“Going Off” (feat. A$AP Twelvyy) is available to stream and download now HERE. After making an impressive debut last year with the launch of his first single “Solitude“, JXN followed up with the release of “Red Lights“, a collaboration with New York rapper, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie in March of this year. JXN’s early singles have already amassed over five million worldwide streams.
It’s a special kind of artist that has a handle on their own sound so early in their career, but JXN is a rare breed—a songwriter that truly creates, instead of emulating or imitating.
This August, JXN will make his live debut supporting ALLDAY, Mallrat and E^ST at venues across Australia.
